looking 360 - an experiment

this is a shot from my stay in Carinthia some weeks ago.

It's a 10shot panorama taken from the Pyramidenkogel, overlooking the Woerthersee and giving you a pretty good oversight of Carinthia as a whole.

why "an experiment" in the title?
the pano is made up of two individual pano shots which were not supposed to be stitched made up as one panorama.
however, when i was screening through the shots from my visit to Pyramidenkogel, I saw that the shots of the two individual panos might add up, and so I gave it a try.

the two white boxes show the two individual panos. the middle part is one pano, the part to the right, continueing to the right is the second pano.

of course it's not perfectr, as you can see the stitch lines were the two individual images merge, but i like the 360° view you get with this pano...
